8/11/09 Niagara Falls, NY

Today, we went to the American side of Niagara Falls. Wow, spectacular, awesome, powerful. . . amazing!!! Niagara Falls was the first national park of this country. It is truly a stunning, very well maintained piece of America.

American Falls. . . rock at base from shelf collapse. Some measures have been taken to keep that from happening..

Point of no return. . . if you get in the water here, you are definitely going over the falls.
